Revisione note di rilascio di GNOME

Non è la versione completa, mancano 56 stringhe da tradurre, ma intanto
per velocizzare un po' la revisione, mando quelle fatte...

Alcune stringhe penso vadano riviste... anche perché ci sono dei
riferimenti ai programmi o ad alcune funzioni vere e proprie...

Chi ne abbia voglia...
