Io rigirerei la frase come:
Selezionare la versione di Apache da configurare per il frontend di
Zabbix.

Per frontend non saprei, è proprio un'interfaccia? Io lascerei
invariato...

Magari "il/i", visto che non abbiamo problemi di plurale con "server
