ho letto tutta la traduzione e riporto sotto poche note. Credo anche che
manchi la prima parte, quella con la versione del po.

Non userei «verifica» alla fine, ma «indica»; in generale cambierei anche la
prima parte della frase. Qualcosa del tipo: Durante l'installazione di
applicazioni non libere può essere mostrato un avviso. Questo indica se
sopprimere l'avviso.

Più in generale, tradurre «timestamp» con «data» è forse azzardato. Se il
programma mostra solo giorno, mese e anno, allora andrebbe bene. Altrimenti,
se ci fosse anche l'orario, io tradurrei «timestamp» con «istante», oppure
«momento».

Qui credo che non si tratti di date, ma di «età». In italiano a me suona un
po' strano, ma forse puoi aggirare il problema traducendo «age» con «ritardo»
o qualcosa di simile.
