Revisione traduzione gettext-runtime 0.26-pre1

ho controllato la traduzione della parte runtime. Ecco alcune note:

C'è uno spazio triplo dopo il punto.

s/ARGUMENTI/ARGOMENTI/ ma qui c'è anche da capire come fare corrispondere
ARGOMENTI con lo "usage" indicato sopra, dove è invece ARGOMENTO. In inglese
è stata aggiunta una «s» minuscola, ma in italiano non saprei come rendere
la stessa cosa.
