New: gretl-1.6.5 (72%, 821 untranslated)

integrated into the archives.  The file is available at:

In this file 2169 messages are already translated, corresponding to
72% of the original text size in bytes; 821 messages still need some
work.

Cristian Rigamonti is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
